What is your approach to making each piece?

Each piece is handcut from premium Italian leather and hand stitched - no sewing machines are used. 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, you can submit a request for a custom product - this includes both personalizations to Dame Designs, as well as 100% bespoke products designed from scratch - via the Custom Inquiries tab. 

How long do custom orders take?

For a personalization to a Dame Design, up to 3 weeks. For a 100% bespoke design from scratch, anywhere from 4 weeks to 2 months. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally but price for shipping will vary by product and weight. Please reach out via the form below for international shipping rates. If we see you've made an international order, we will reach out to you.

How do I care for my leather?

The beauty in leather is it gets more beautiful overtime. The more you use it and love it in your daily life, the better it gets.

Generally speaking, all of our products (unless specified otherwise) are created with vegetable-tanned leather. Sunlight, body oil, and weather will cause the leather to darken and develop a patina over time. Excessive sunlight may cause the leather to dry out. To avoid red rot, use a leather balm to condition your leather every so often.

Do you offer financing options?

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges managed on a case by case basis.

Custom Dame Designs and bespoke products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Custom orders to both personalized Dame Designs and 100% bespoke designs can be edited before the 50% up-front payment is collected. These orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
